A new item that has been modified by our Apple trained technicians. All parts added are of the same high quality as Apple use and are new.ACR
Apple Certified Refurbished – This item has been through the Apple Refurbish Programme and is supplied with Apple direct warranty. The packaging is still manufacturer sealed.Grade A
A Grade A unit is generally considered ‘very good’ or ‘like new.’ Please note that this does not mean that a machine will come with OEM packaging. A Grade A cosmetic condition indicates that there may be very few and faint scratches or scuffs, if any. While a Grade A machine will not be flawless, you should not expect to find any significant, noticeable cosmetic blemishes.Grade B
For this cosmetic grade, cosmetic blemishes will be present and noticeable. These blemishes include scratches, scuffs, and nicks. Minor denting is possible, although this does not include large dents. Blemishes might occur more noticeably on areas that are not as often seen (such as the bottom of a laptop or desktop), but can be present on other areas of the machine. Keys may be slightly worn. A Grade B unit would be equivalent to a ‘good’ condition.Grade C
This grade is an ‘acceptable’ condition. Cosmetic blemishes will be noticeable and can be large. This does include scratching, scuffing, chipping, and denting. A Grade C unit will function perfectly, despite any cosmetic issues. Keys may be worn enough that letters are not recognisable. Hinges or feet may be missing. Scratching and laminate problems may exist on the screen and bezel; LCD issues such as pressure marks or dead pixels are usually explicitly mentioned, although there is a chance that LCD issues may be present in a Grade C machine. Under 10% of the LCD may have defects. We do usually mention this on the listing.A
All of our products are covered by a warranty provided by ourselves. The warranty level and length vary from product to product but are generally 12 months. Each individual listing will list the details of the warranty schedule. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced with goods equal to or greater in specification as deemed by the company management.
Please note that your warranty does not cover the following:
- Software or operating systems
- Damage caused by your mishandling, misuse, neglect, negligence, tampering or unauthorised adjustments.
- Accidental damage or any damage caused by liquids, fire or any other event outside of our control.
- Damage caused by a third party or yourself. This includes work completed by Apple or Apple authorised third parties.
- Damage due to usual wear and tear or the natural ageing of the item.
- Cosmetic damage including but limited to: dents, scratches, chips, cracks or snaps.
- Damage caused to any connected devices such as external drives or monitors.
- Loss or theft of your item.
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period and it cannot be repaired remotely, we will arrange for the collection, repair and return of your item. If your item is beyond repair, a replacement will be issued.
This must be in suitable packaging. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage in transit and it is advised you purchase postal insurance. We will then repair and return your item. If your item is beyond repair, a replacement will be issued as per the above.

We endeavour to achieve your expectations first time, on the rare occasion that we don’t meet them, you can return your device to us within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be authorised with customer service and an RMA number issued. Any returns sent without approval may be rejected as all returns go to a different address.

Free shipping transit times are next day to the majority of the UK mainland. Remote areas can take longer. International shipping times do vary depending both on location and the delivery service. Free shipping in Europe typically takes 2-5 days and express shipping is next day. Orders outside of Europe typically take 2-7 days.

We are registered for VAT in the UK, Germany & France. When we ship to any of these countries you will receive your order with your local VAT paid. This means there will be no additional fees to pay on delivery and if your are registered for VAT in your country you can reclaim the VT from your next VAT return.
If we are shipping to any other country UK VAT at 20% will be removed from the price you pay at checkout automatically but you may be required by your local tax authority to pay VAT or duties prior to the delivery being made.
