MacStore UK is a UK retailer of refurbished Apple products, trading since 2013 and based in Nantwich, Cheshire. We sell refurbished, near-new and open-unit MacBooks, iMacs, Mac minis, iPads, iPhones, AirPods and Apple Watches. Every device is tested, graded and certified, and comes with a 12-month warranty.

For most buyers, yes. A refurbished device from MacStore is fully functional, tested with Blancco diagnostics, graded so you know its cosmetic condition, and covered by a 12-month warranty, at a lower price than buying new. Buying refurbished also extends a device's life and, for a laptop, can save up to 300kg of carbon emissions.

We grade every device as Premium, Excellent, Good or Fair. Premium is like-new with no wear visible from 12cm and battery health of 90% or more. Excellent has faint marks, Good shows light use, and Fair has more noticeable wear. Excellent, Good and Fair all have at least 80% battery health, and every grade is 100% functional..

Every device we sell is tested with Blancco technology, which runs automated diagnostics on areas such as battery health, display, cameras, microphones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ports and security locks. It also carries out secure data erasure. Each device has a digitally signed Blancco report recording the tests and their results.

Every device comes with a 12-month warranty from the purchase date on your invoice. It covers hardware faults from normal use, including display, battery, storage, keyboard, trackpad, logic board, speaker, microphone and port faults. Accidental damage, liquid damage, cosmetic wear and software issues are not covered. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Yes. We have a 30-day return policy. Contact our customer service team first to get a returns (RMA) number, because returns sent without one may be rejected. If an item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you can have a full refund or exchange, and we arrange and pay for the collection.

Standard UK delivery is £4.99 and takes 2 to 3 business days. Delivery is free on orders over £250. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day, and every delivery is tracked and needs a signature.

Yes. Every device goes through Blancco's certified secure data erasure before it is sold, and the Blancco report confirms the erasure workflow was completed. You start with a clean device.
